This skinny little book is jammed with ideas. Used in conjunction with Interweaves’ wonderful “The Beaders’ Companion”, you will be kept busy for the next few decades learning new techniques and their applications!

Each page is dedicated to a particular technique with not only a color picture of the finished piece, but also complete and easy to follow text and drawings. I found some of the design tips to be very helpful and eye opening.

The only thing that some beginners may have trouble with is that there is some pertinent information (beginning and ending threads, findings, etc.) on the last page. Being a teacher, I would like to have seen it at the beginning of the book.  Beaders without much experience may not ever look at the last page!

I am definitely happy to include this small book in my beading library.  It is packed with information that I will be able to use.  I will call upon it for ideas for finishing several different projects to come.
