Beaded Jewelry Designs by Stephanie Burnham This is a magnificent book! Interweave Press does another great job with photographs and diagrams in this one. What is nice is the way it’s put together; the photos for the projects, the diagrams and the text are usually on two pages opposite each other. I really enjoyed seeing the completed project with the instructions, so I could see exactly where something was going to be to help me with color choices. There are some very simple projects, as well as, more advanced needle weaving techniques for the experienced beader. I especially enjoyed the jewelry set projects instead of single items; such as necklaces, earrings and bracelets. As an added bonus, there were several with ring instructions too! I haven’t seen this done before and I think it’s a good idea. I will be going back to this book for years to come for ideas for the classes that I teach. It will be most welcome on my bookshelf.
